Packaging and Delivery
All of our orders are delivered wrapped in our Little Ghost exclusive gift boxes with foam filling and tissue paper to keep your items safe.
We will dispatch all orders within two days of the order being placed via first class royal mail post. We have a fixed price for our items and additional products will be added at a rate of 50p per item.
If you are placing a very large order we may be able to make savings on delivery however this depends upon size and weight of the order and will only be considered on orders above 10 items.
Any bespoke orders or requests may take longer but we will let you know about delivery and turnaround once we have received your request.

If you decide that you do not wish to keep the product, you have 14 days to return it to us for a full refund. If you are returning the purchase due to a fault or because we have made a mistake, we will also refund your postal charges incurred.
